These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of qsellehomes.org and the related seller, buyer, and investor tools (the "Services") provided by PTG Associates LLC ("PTG Associates," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Qselle Homes brand. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We are a real estate acquisitions and investment business. Through the Services you can request a cash offer for a house or land, inquire about properties we offer, schedule evaluations and calls, and, if you are an approved investor, review and reserve investment opportunities.

Submitting a form does not create a contract to buy or sell property. Any offer we make is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Offer amounts, timelines, and estimates shown on the site are not guarantees. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and we are not acting as your real estate agent or broker. You are encouraged to consult your own advisors.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to submit only information you have the right to share, and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

If you provide a phone number, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number. Please tell us promptly if your number changes.

Investment opportunities presented through the investor portal are provided for information and are subject to availability, due diligence, and separate written agreements. Reserving or expressing interest in a deal does not guarantee that the deal will be awarded or closed. Real estate investing involves risk, including loss of capital.

Program. Qselle Homes, a brand operated by PTG Associates LLC, offers text messages about your property, offer or inquiry, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and related real estate opportunities.

Consent is optional. You opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on one of our forms. You can submit any of our forms without opting in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email customerservice@qsellehomes.org.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about that request. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time, and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

The Services and their content, including text, images, logos, and the Qselle Homes name and branding, belong to PTG Associates LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Photos and information you upload remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them to evaluate your property and provide the Services.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, maps, scheduling, or property data). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Property information, estimates, and calculator results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTG Associates LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the SMS terms will not apply to consent you gave earlier without notice to you.
